The honest pitch for VigorBuy is control before shipping: you see your item and can swap it while it's in China. The honest caveat is everything after: once the parcel leaves, there's no marketplace dispute process behind you, only the agent. AliExpress and DHgate reverse that trade.

Gridinsoft's low score rests largely on the young domain and withheld owner, which are common among new agents.
