How long does LoongBuy store items, and does it matter?

LoongBuy's storage terms, per W2C Spreadsheet, are 90 days free with the option to extend to 180. That places it between the 60-day agents and the few that offer more:

For AliExpress shoppers the whole idea of storage is new, because each AliExpress order ships on its own. The reason to care is cost: one parcel instead of several means one shipping minimum and, in the EU, one €3-per-category duty calculation. Long storage is what lets you wait until the parcel is worth sending.

Verdict: Use the 90 free days as your plan and the extension as a safety net, not the other way round.

LoongBuy's app and bulk cart import

LoongBuy is app-first — its Android app is on Google Play — and its July 2026 bulk cart import is aimed squarely at spreadsheet users. Most agents make you paste links one at a time: paste, pick size, add to cart, repeat. Bulk import loads a list of links at once, and you then set sizes and colours for each.

That only works as well as the links. Convert any agent-format links to original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listings first with the link converter, remove rows that point at deleted listings, and then import. AliExpress has nothing equivalent because there's nothing to import — you shop its stores directly — but its cart does let you check out several stores at once.

LoongBuy's fees and volumetric weight

W2C Spreadsheet records no agent service fee at LoongBuy. Payment options are broad — Alipay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, PayPal, cards and USDT — and the volumetric divisor its lines use is typically between 5,000 and 8,000, which matters for bulky parcels: the lower the divisor, the heavier a large box is billed.

As a rule of thumb, take a 40 × 30 × 20 cm box. With a 5,000 divisor it's billed as at least 4.8 kg; with 8,000, at least 3.0 kg. Ask which divisor applies to the line you choose before paying, and remove shoe boxes to shrink the parcel.

Nine reviews and one worrying claim

Nine reviews is too few to average meaningfully. The newest, from May 2026, claimed shipping had stopped. We couldn't confirm that, and LoongBuy announced new features — including bulk import — in July, which is not what a closing agent usually does. On our status board LoongBuy is green, with the note that it's mainly used through its app.

For a buyer, the practical answer is a small test order: two or three items, paid by PayPal or card, with screenshots of each stage. If it moves normally, you'll know more than the review page can tell you.

Preparing a spreadsheet for LoongBuy import

Bulk import rewards a clean list. Before loading a sheet into LoongBuy, spend ten minutes on three steps. First, convert every agent-format link to its original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 address; bulk importers read original links most reliably. Second, open a sample of rows and delete the dead ones, since older sheets carry many removed listings. Third, add a column for size and colour so you can fill in the options quickly once the items are in the cart.

Then import in batches of ten or twenty rather than two hundred at once. It makes errors easier to spot, and it keeps you from buying more than you meant to in one go — a real risk when adding items is this easy. AliExpress has its own version of the same trap in its 'add to cart' deals; the cure in both cases is deciding the budget before you start.
