Privacy Policy

This policy covers aliexpressspreadsheet.com. The site is a read-only guide: there's nothing to sign up for, no basket and no contact form, so very little personal data is involved.

Data we don't collect

• Tool inputs. The duty calculator, size converter, link converter and site search run in your browser. Numbers, sizes and links you enter are never sent to us.
• Accounts. There are none, so we store no names, email addresses or passwords.
• Tracking. We don't use analytics scripts, advertising pixels or third-party cookies.

Data others process when you visit

• Hosting. Pages are served through Cloudflare, which processes connection data such as IP address and user agent to deliver the site and filter abusive traffic, under Cloudflare's own privacy terms.
• Browser storage. Your browser may cache the stylesheet, icons and an offline copy of recently opened pages to load faster. Nothing personal is stored.

Outbound links

Product tiles open repbuysheet.com and are labelled sponsored. Source links lead to AliExpress, agents, marketplaces, tax authorities and news sites. Once you leave this site, the destination's own privacy policy applies.

WhatsApp messages

If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number, profile name and the messages you send. We use them only to answer you — about an order, a question or a correction — and never add anyone to marketing lists. WhatsApp's own terms govern the app.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR and similar laws you can ask what personal data we hold about you and have it corrected or erased. In practice the only data we could hold is a WhatsApp conversation; ask in that chat and we'll confirm and delete it.

Children

The site isn't directed at children and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
