Agent status board

Fees and storage come from agents' own pages where published, otherwise from rep.tools, KakoGuide, W2C Spreadsheet or CNBuyPilot (third-party). 'Score hidden' means Trustpilot withdrew the rating for guideline breaches. The filter runs in your browser.

How is each agent's status decided?

Every agent on the board is judged on the same four signals, at every update:

1. The website loads with no maintenance or closure notice.
2. The search accepts a pasted Weidian or Taobao link and returns the item.
3. Independent trackers such as rep.tools and KakoGuide don't report a closure.
4. Customers are still reviewing it — Trustpilot shows recent reviews at a normal pace.

Working means all four look normal. Mixed signals means our sources genuinely disagree or something specific is wrong: ACBuy's site works but rep.tools lists it as closed and reviews stopped on July 30; MuleBuy works but August reviewers describe orders stuck for weeks; PinguBuy works but has had no new review since April. Offline means the agent itself shows it — AllChinaBuy's maintenance page, WeGoBuy's dead domain. Closed means confirmed shutdowns: CNFans and Pandabuy.

Verdict: A single rumour never turns an agent red here. Two independent signals do.

Why agent status matters more than store status

AliExpress shoppers rarely think about whether a store will exist next month, because AliExpress charges per order and its refund process doesn't depend on the seller staying in business. Agents are different. You top up a balance, items wait in a warehouse for weeks, and if the agent closes, both can be hard to recover — as CNFans and Pandabuy customers found. That's why status is the first thing to check before choosing an agent, and why we advise topping up only what the next order needs.

The board also explains a lot of broken spreadsheets. A community sheet built on links for a closed agent looks dead, but every link wraps an ordinary marketplace item. The link converter pulls those out so the rows work at any green agent.

Green here, but not loading for you?

If an agent's site isn't working for you but it's green here, the problem is often local. Try another device or mobile data; turn off a VPN or switch its region, since some routes to Chinese servers are slow; disable ad-blockers and translation extensions for the site; and clear its cookies before signing in again. If one pasted link fails while others work, the listing itself may have been removed.

If the site fails everywhere for more than a day, treat it as a real outage: don't retry payments (a payment stuck in progress usually settles, and paying twice creates a refund to chase), screenshot your balance and orders, and contact support in writing.
